对于刚刚来到一个新的城市的你,明天就要开始你的课程,一定会很紧张。不过不要担心:我们可以提供个性化的服务,接机服务等,使一切变得更容易。

一旦你过了海关,我们堂吉诃德的学生代表将会举着写有学校名称的旗帜迎接你。
我们的接机服务一般都是根据你到达的时间进行安排的,但是在阿根廷和哥斯达黎加有固定的接机时间,无法按照你的到达时间进行安排。你可以提前跟我们联系,以便做好合适的时间安排。
我们提供了24小时服务的工作站,方便你随时办理入住手续,以及获取住宿所需的所有物品。

堂吉诃德的接机服务代表将在机场、火车站或者你所在的交通站接你,你只要向我们提供您的到达信息。
在你到达的2个星期前(当收到全额付款后),我们将发送给你确认信息,并告知您的住宿地址。
If you have booked accommodation with us, you will receive instructions for the day of arrival along with the confirmation (where to go, how to collect the keys, etc.). We are easily reachable by phone if you have any issues.
If you booked a language course without accommodations, you must go directly to the school on Monday at 8:30am for your first Spanish proficiency evaluation.

If you book our airport shuttle service, we will send you detailed instructions prior to arrival. We recommend that you arrive the day before the start of the course. If you have any further questions on this topic or want to book the shuttle service now, contact us at helpdq@donquijote.org.
